• Ok, let’s do this!

  The first step in this process is to reach out and ensure we’re available for your date. If we are available, you’ll want to secure us as our calendar does tend to fill up about a year in advance. To do that we require a deposit. Depending on which payment schedule you choose, you can either do 25% of your package price, or a $1500 deposit to secure your date!

• Do you have payment plans?

  We give you the option of one of the following: A monthly plan, with a 25% deposit that will take the cost of the package and divide that by how many more months until your wedding. This option gives you a monthly payment to pay over the course of that time. The second option is a $1500 deposit, and then breaking the remaining amount into 3 sections divided evenly: 6 months, 3 months, and 1 month.

• Can I choose my photographer/videographer?

  While we assign our team based on availability, we aim to match you with a day of team whose style suits yours while keeping the Willow standard. Not to worry though, you'll have opportunities to meet and collaborate throughout our experience together.

• Can I download my images and print them out wherever I'd like?

  Absolutely! You own the rights to download and print at any place of your choosing. We also offer prints directly through the gallery printed with our professional print lab as well.

• What does a highlight film include?

  A wedding highlight film is like a mini-movie that captures the essence and memorable moments of your special day. Typically, it includes snippets from various parts of the wedding day, such as the ceremony, reception, speeches, first dance, and candid moments in between. Think of it as a cinematic recap that showcases the highlights and emotions of your wedding day in a condensed and visually captivating way. It's crafted to tell your love story and evoke all the feels every time you watch it!

• Do you offer RAW footage?

  We provide the option to add raw footage to any collection, delivered to you on a hard drive. It's important to note that raw files vary significantly between photo and video. Sometimes, we take multiple shots of your rings or flowers to capture the perfect moment. From these shots, we select the best parts and start crafting your film with editing magic. Edited footage incorporates multiple camera angles, color correction, and audio synchronization for the final product. Raw footage, on the other hand, is unedited content without color correction or audio synchronization.

• Do we get to pick the music for our film?

  Selecting the perfect music for your wedding film is a heartfelt process. We understand that music sets the tone and enhances the emotions captured on that special day. We meticulously curate our soundtrack to resonate with the couple's personalities, the atmosphere of the event, and the narrative of their love story. Since our films are shared online, we also have to obtain the proper rights to the music, ensuring that every melody complements the visuals seamlessly while also respecting copyright laws. However, we're always open to collaboration! If a couple is passionate about music and would love to contribute to the song choice, we're absolutely willing to work together to create a soundtrack that reflects their unique style and vision.
